Human Resource Management and Business Psychology
The Master's study course in Human Resource Management and Business Psychology is designed to prepare you for demanding activities in the field of human resources and personnel administration. The study course content will enable you to either specialise in human resource management or business psychology. You will learn the basic skills, which are required for modern human resource management, and how to deal with ethical and organisational psychological issues. The study course is aligned to specialist personnel and executive managers in personnel departments and organisational units, irrespective of the size of the company they work in.
Following on from concluding the Master's study course, you will therefore be qualified for responsible tasks in corporate management and can make an important contribution to the (further) development of the company involved.
